We don’t refund “un-used” portions of your membership. There are rarely situations where we offer refunds, but if we made a mistake, we'll fix it.

Special Situations

Sometimes we offer trial memberships. If you participate in a trial membership it is your responsibility to cancel with us when it becomes time to roll into a full membership. If you don’t cancel, you are responsible for future charges.

Free Guest Memberships

We invite you to get free resources and educational information from this site if you love small business as we do. If you want to have more privileges and relationships we invite you to become part of our full membership community. You may not “borrow” full privileges from another full member and if you do so both memberships will be terminated with no refunds.

Full Memberships
Full Memberships do not come with a trial period. If you decide to cancel, we stop further billing at the end of the next cancellation period where your membership will run out automatically. If you do not cancel your membership will automatically be renewed.

Overdraft Fees
Under no circumstances are we held responsible for overdraft charges, fees incurred from your financial institution as a result of any purchases, charges, renewals or cancellations through or in connection with our websites. It is the sole responsibility of you as a customer to cover any overdraft fees or any other fees from your financial institution.
